Hyacinths for Christmas
This is the last vlog arrangement for this Christmas. It’s also the easiest and quite trendy. Go ahead and make one and have a wonderful Christmas! A Christmas Arrangement in Red
I made three Christmas Arrangements this year. Two of them with white flowers, but this one is truly “christmassy-red”! It features: A pointsettia 3 small red Kalanchoe plants 2 Creeping wire vines (Muehlenbeckia) Asparagus sp. Making a Christmas Arrangement
This is now my first vlog post! I’ve been thinking of adding videos to Cameragardening for quite a while. I’ve done videos for others, in Finnish, but these three videos, that show how to do Christmas arrangements are the first ones I’ve done in English. The light is horrible, but it is the darkest time of the year. I had just an afternoon to makes these videos and it was getting darker by the minute. Getting into Indoor Gardening
It’s a difficult time of the year to be a gardener. It’s cold outside and there is still a long wait for spring. I’ve slowly been getting into indoor gardening again. I had some enthusiasm for it while I was still in gardening school, but the dark winters and my dry indoor air was never a good combination for it. These days I have more light in my home and I’ve worked a bit on my indoor environment. I still have some remodelling to do, but there are already a few new places for indoor plants. Fair Confessions
I wasn’t going to attend the fair last weekend at all, but since my brother and his wife were going to the house building part of the fair I tagged along anyway. As expected there wasn’t a lot to see, but there were a few minor nice things. Some of the vendors that usually come to the shows were there, but some were missing.
